Do NOT do business with Southern Spear Properties. Ashely approached us in July to do some lawn work on two properties in South Pittsburg, TN. We stopped working for them because as of today we still haven't received our money. She left a text message that she left it at city hall guess what she did not. Beware of this company. Drywallers, painters, HVAC people, plumbers electricians (all these trades are suing them for not paying) Sean Hunter the ceo/president refuses to pay the sub contractors. He had his director resign. His three project managers quit on him bc they don’t want to work for a man, who has the money in his bank account, but refuses to pay his subs.
