I like going to the dentist! Susan Fredericks has been my dentist most of my life! She even helped me through the days of braces! Everyone in the office is so nice, and they always remember me. Plus, they make all the cavity filling stuff as comfortable as possible. For a short time, I had to go to another dentist because of the insurance changes ... and it paled in comparison. So glad to stick with Dr Fredericks! And... if you need cosmetic stuff done, she does it all, really well!
GO elsewhere!! Went to them in a great deal of pain, with insurance. However, they did not take my insurances and I had a 900$$ balance, which they demanded after I had been seated in the chair and drugged, before I could leave. They are all about cosmetics and did nothing to stop the pain. Kept pushing cosmetic services on me and 3 separate people in the office showed me a picture of Dr Fredericks in a magazine!! I really don't care if my dentist is famous or glamourous. I just wish she had been competent and compassionate.
Awesome I have searched for a great dentist for a long time and have finally found what I was looking for at Dr Frederick's office. The staff is terrific, and not pushy at all. They don't force unnecessary expensive treatment on you and are very warm and friendly. Dr Frederick's herself is the best and is very knowledgable and caring for her patients.
One of the Best This is one of the best dentist offices I've ever been to. Whether its the person greeting you at the door, one of the dentists, or even Susan herself, they are all nice and interested in what's going on with you. I've never had any other dentist's office call to remind me of an appointment and ask how my family was doing. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone in the area.
Looking forward to visiting the dentist! I have been seeing Dr Fredericks for years, and am thrilled with her service. Her friendly staff shows competence and compassion. Teeth cleaning appointments are actually pleasant, and, to every extent possible, so are dental proceedures ... Plus, after major stuff (a crown or cap or tough cavity), Dr Fredericks calls to see how you are doing that evening. That is service above and beyond!
