My flight with United was delayed because of an overhead compartment that wouldn’t shut. Southern Sky was called to fix it. The technician came and duct taped the compartment shut. Because I was sitting in a window seat I could see him coming in and out of the service van. He walked slowly, showing zero urgency. Because of the slowness of his service, we were delayed further and I missed my connecting flight. Had a great experience in ECP. The desk and ramp staff were very friendly and helpful. I fly down 4 or 5 times a year and will definitely be back.
