It is such a comfortable office atmosphere and the Dr is kind, understanding and genuinely concerned. She honestly advises all the patient's options. I am positively thrilled that I have a compassionate and caring Dr. I only wish I could have had her when I was young. I wouldn't be dealing with so much now!
Dr Janet Hicks is excellent and I could not be in better hands. She is an expert in her Field and is kind and caring. I will refer all who have issues to her in a heartbeat. God bless her and staff.
I am so happy that I found Dr. Harris-Hicks. I have been dealing with my issues since 2017 and no one has offered a good solution previously. Even before my first visit, I was sent an email explaining exactly what would happen at each visit. My first visit was extremely educational and a plan of action was developed. Dr. Harris-Hicks made me feel so comfortable that it was easy to talk about the issues I am having. Her staff was also very helpful and friendly.
I have confidence in the medical competency of this practice. I saw a nurse practitioner, the nearest appointment i could get. I removed a star because the staff all seemed somewhat distant. They did not give off a reassuring vibe nor any Southern warmth. I can't even remember seeing the NP smile. The desk staff seemed business-like rather than friendly.
