Everyone was professional and compassionate. Samantha and Shadow made me feel comfortable and relieved my anxiety greatly before and during the exam. Everything was explained to me as to what was going to be done and I felt comfortable throughout the exam. This entire team is diligently focused of women's health. I’m a retired PA who was referred to this group for GYN issues. I’ve been very impressed with each visit and on each visit I met a different provider from reception, to intake nurse, to PA to NP to MD and the nurse who performed the urodynamic testing. My appointment was a phone appointment. Brenda, the nurse was very pleasant to talk with. Friendly, personable, and professional. And very helpful with getting me ready for my upcoming surgery. She was very patient as I asked lots of questions.
