I own Southern Roofing and partner with Property Management companies and I have had a very pleasant experience with Southern Shores Property Management. They answer right away and were kind, informative, and helpful. I would highly recommend working with them.
This place is a joke they pick and choose applicants based on their own personal preferences or beliefs. They make their own rules while holding $300 of your money. The agent Jacqueline is very Biased and Rude. This management group is extremely biased and have no integrity whatsoever.some serious shady dealings are going on behind the scenes with these people. This had to be the worst / Racist place I have ever dealt with . Been renting a house for two years and now that I have a black boyfriend, they won’t renew my lease. Now they are harassing me every chance they get ! They charged me for a toilet repair. This place is awful!!!! Would like to add please make sure you get the properties you rent inspected. We just found out we have been exposed to Lead in the home the past two years. Furthermore they never maintenance the hvac system in two years and blames me for it freezing. T... read more

Southern Shores has managed our property since 2016 and the experience has been good from the very beginning. I’ve had the pleasure of working with several great professionals at Southern Shores who truly take their work on behalf of owners and tenants very seriously.
