We used this company to supply materials untill they recently contacted our client for payment rather then us the purchasing company. They placed a lien on the property and instead of waiting ten days for payment are going to move forward with foreclosure on the property. The insurance carrier still hasn't make payment the supply company was aware of this and is aware of this they are also aware that more payments are coming but are unwilling to wait for the payment instead of going to force foreclosure.
