We hired Southern Service to build us a fully finished detached garage. In the beginning we obtained multiple quotes from different contractors to build an addition onto our existing garage, expanding the footprint. The quotes were coming in at the same price as a Lethbridge condo (6 figures) and were not providing advice or suggestions on how to lower it or what they would do if it were their own money. Thank you so much to the best construction company I have ever worked with. Highly recommend for any service from new construction, handicap housing, deck installation, siding services and renovation. Most honest, experienced company I could have asked for.
Poor quality of work. My siding on my home less than a year is buckling coming off. Roof leaking. Deck installed not to code and needed to be fixed. Basement concrete poor quality and cracking. Front door not insulated and thus freezes all locks installed. No grading done on site and no compaction done on site thus everything sinking and breaking due to same. Warranty will not cover anything not worth the paper. Never get these guys to do anything.
