They are crooks. Booked a Through sunburst who was bought by this crook and her we are in seaside for race weekend and can’t get into our rental. No answer . No nothing. Called cottage rental in seaside and we got the last rental of entire seaside. Out 1k plus another 800 for new rental. Beware of VRBO! I have always used them and will never again! I’ve called and emailed this southern sands for 2 months! Nothing!
BEWARE, THIS COMPANY HAS FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY, AND THE SITE AND PHONE NUMBERS ARE DOWN. THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED THEIR RENTERS, AND HAVE NOT REFUNDED DEPOSIT MONEY.
We rented a house named Bella Vista for a week to vacation with two other families. We were ordered to evacuate because of Hurricane Michael so our vacation was cut 4 days short. Sunburst Beach Vacations only gave us back 1 1/2 days of credit which only to be used at Bella Vista for one calendar year. They even charged the full cost for house keeping and heating the pool which was $610.00. We were disappointed that this company and the owners wanted to profit off an unprecedented event like Hurricane Michael.
Been at there property since 4pm today, arrived with house (ac out) 83 degrees. We keep getting told we will get see a technician within the hour and it’s almost midnight with no site of a technician.
