I can't rate this salon too poorly, because the owner (Candace) is excellent and one of the best stylists I've had. However, any other stylist here that has worked on me has been unprofessional and rude, lost/incorrectly scheduled my appointment, not really listened to my requests, etc. I've gone several times and unfortunately will probably not go back.

I am 30 weeks pregnant and feeling like a cow. I was looking for someone to cut and color my hair. After many Facebook recommendations I decided to call southern roots and it was the best decision. Melissa listened to my hormonal babbling on the phone and got me in the next day. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. Guess what??? Your stuck with me now ... lol!!! Best stylist ever, awesome environment, friendly atmosphere ...couldn't ask for anything more!!

I went here today for the first time and I loved it!!! Leanna did my hair and made me feel beautiful!!!! They all made me feel so comfortable and I will definitely be back!!!!!! :)
Leanna is amazing!! She did a balayage color and cut on my hair and I'm so happy with the results!! She spent a lot of time trying to make it just right and I'm so thankful for her hard work! The ladies at the salon are super sweet and friendly. I will definitely be back! :)
