Just moved to Jacksonville and I was referred to Southern Roots. I got a full highlight and toner. Amy Ruiz did my hair and I love it. Salon was super clean/organized. Amy was super nice and professional. I can't say anything bad about my experience. Price was amazing too. I went yesterday and I already booked my next appointment.

I called on New Years Eve to see if someone could fix my hair at the last minute and Amy was kind enough to stay late on NY eve and fix the disaster I had with my hair. It was previously damaged at another salon. She made me feel like a beautiful woman again!!! Amy was so sweet and made the entire experience amazing. Going back this week

Amy has been doing my hair for over two years now and it's such a treat to sit in her chair. My color is amazing, she massages my hands while my color processes and then she does an awesome blow out! I'm going to miss her so much when we move.

I found this salon on social media. I just moved to North Carolina and was scared to get my hair cut. Taylor was the one who did my hair and she did amazing and exactly what I wanted. I was extremely comfortable with her as well.
