Judith doesn't know how to cut long layers, had to go to LUUM only to find out the back of my head looked like a shelf and the layers weren't blended properly. Was always told that if a stylist cuts your layers and it gets curled right away its an indication it was done wrong. Went to LUUM to have it fixed, wont be back.
