The customer service is so disappointing! I have been trying to place an order for 2 weeks now. This is ridiculous. Forget it. Can’t imagine the day of the event. Do better!!

I absolutely love this flower shop. They have year round peonies which is my favorite flower. My boyfriend went to buy me an arrangement for my birthday and they didn’t get peonies in that week. He did his best and I loved them regardless. He took the time to go to the flower shop I had bragged about. But, this is not the first time my flowers start dying the very next day. I placed an order on February 4, 2025, for two arrangements to be delivered to a business on February 10. On Feb 10, 2025 4:45 PM, they had not arrived. Last Valentine’s day I ordered a large flower arrangement to get delivered and they did not deliver it. I called them and the only thing they offered was to give me my money back. This Valentine’s I thought I would give them another chance since my wife likes their flowers. I ordered flowers two weeks ahead of time and again they did not deliver. I called them this morning to inform them of their mistake and there was no answer. I will never buy from them again under any circumstance.
