I went to Southern Rewind/Hagen Electric yesterday with a seized blower motor in hand. The front desk listened to my plight, and the gentleman was kind enough to escort me to the technician, Darcy (I believe that was his name). He concluded replacement, but decided to go the extra mile to "unseize" my little motor right then and there. Darcy worked his magic, taught me how to keep my motor lubricated, and I left with extreme satisfaction in how I was treated. 20 minutes later Darcy solved the problem for me.
