This condo is as pictured! Keyless access is huge along with gated entrance! Plenty to cook with! Beds are super comfortable. Proximity to both the gulf and bay is an added bonus. Only negative is blinds were missing several and could be replaced!
The Summit is a great place to stay for people with a family. It’s in a great location and has a restaurant/snack place and a tiki bar that has great drinks. There are 2 huge swimming pools, a hot tub and a kiddie size pool for the littles. If you’re brave, the slingshot ride is right across the street and Hammerhead Fred’s restaurant is also across the street. The Summit is one of our favorite places to stay in PCB
Just as advertised, great location, such a great place for a family vacation and we had a great time.
Very nice property. Exceptionally clean. Kitchen has every pot, pan or bowl you need. The stackable washer and dryer was a bonus. It's great not to worry about taking home wet dirty clothes on a 9 hour drive. Walking in feels like you just arrived at home.
