Absolutely terrible experience, do not book through this company! My husband and I booked a property in August 2025 for an April 2026 reservation. We are attending a concert in a nearby venue, and this was the closest location to that venue. This is very important to me, as I have foot injuries that make walking long distances very difficult. Disappointing. Major construction not disclosed. Room needs maintenance.
Lord, help you if a natural disaster occurs and you dont have the money to go on vacation. You think you're covered with their $100 dollar insurance, no your not! They give you 5% of your money back for $100 dollars. They're not going to give you a penny back period. Companies like this will go under because they have no heart period. I would never go through them knowing how they treated me and my family, and if you really want to find out about Southern Vacation Rentals, go to Yelp for a whopping 1.5 stars!
