Very messy , very manipulative , very bad business practices . Don’t rent from her
Ruby is very messy, manipulative and money hungry. She does not value her tenets and only see’s them as cash cows. DO NOT RENT FROM HER.
This realtor was incredibly unprofessional, displaying manipulative and passive-aggressive behavior throughout the process. Their primary focus was on squeezing every possible dollar out of the deal, showing a clear disregard for client satisfaction. They were nasty and unapproachable, making the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. I would strongly advise against using their services.
Ruby Baggett is unethical, manipulative and money hungry. She is deceitful, dishonest and doesn’t care about her tenants or the upkeep of her properties. She continues to display greedy, disrespectful and impatient behavior, even when the fault is hers. I would never do business with her and I do not recommend anyone utilizing her services
