I hired Southern Propane to install a regulator and install a short run of pipe to my existing piping to my home, I was told the job had to be permitted the work was done but did not pass inspection, I called Jason on several occasions but was just lied to that they were trying to set up a time with the inspector little did he know I was in close contact with the inspector. For the second time within the last six months Southern Quality Propane has let the underground tank at our home in Valdosta run completely out of gas. First time we chalked it up to miscommunication (they never send a bill or advise we are running low on gas). This time we are changing back to a local Valdosta company. This never occurred over the 10 year period when we had service with Akins LLC. It has now happened twice since they sold our account to Southern Quality Propane.

WASTE of TIME! We recently purchased a home with a Southern Quality tank already installed. I called the company to set up the new account at the property. I was told I could call for a delivery anytime. When it come time to set up a route for delivery the company said that we never made an account. The employee was literally the same man that told me I could call anytime! Terrible Customer Service!!!

I just contacted Southern Quality Propane to swap out my 120 gallon tank for a 250 gallon because I got a generator. They wanted 1800.00 for the swap and install. No thanks!
