Southern Quality most impressed me by their thorough evaluation of our roof and detailed professional proposal for replacement (compared to two other bids). All contacts were friendly knowledgeable and responsive. They offered a better warranty, higher grade product, and all their roofers were trained by Certainteed. Our new roof is beautiful and were confident it will last for decades. Thank you SQC.

We contracted with Southern Quality to do a replacement of our roof and gutters, and are 100% satisfied. The job itself was done very well, and looks great.But what really impressed me with the company was the attention to customer service. Given the size of the job, I had quite a few questions and **** (owner) took all the time I needed to go over them. I am over 70yrs old and am going through a nightmare of my life with Southern Quality Company and I do not wish this traumatic experience to happen to anyone else. I have contracts for over $130,000 and since signing this has been a nightmare. Now we are suppose to have Hurricane Ivan wind and rain starting in three days. I was told this morning Valenti, the owner, was pulling off my job to start another job and to go on vacation. The whole Southern Quality team was fantastic! The quote process was ************** and they were able to schedule the work on a short timeline. The crew that came onsite to do the work were all respectful, professional and efficient. My home looks so great with a beautiful new metal roof, and I feel so much better knowing my roof is safe and solid.

We were very happy with Southern Quality. They replaced our roof and skylight and corrected problems created by the previous roofer. Their work is excellent and professional and their team completed the work in less than two days. We highly recommend them. They live up to their superior reputation.

Southern Quality just completed a messy roofing reconstruction on our flat roof and carport area. They did a fabulous job. Everyone we came in contract with was very professional, polite and anxious to have our best interest in their forefront. As seamless as can be hoped for. We needed a new roof installed after discovering that our three year old roof was installed improperly and had to be replaced. John and his crew had an estimate worked up in a timely manner and scheduled an install over two days specifically to accommodate for weather and temperature. They likely could've knocked out in one day but went the extra mile. Everything was cleaned up properly and hauled off in short order.
