Make sure you don't ask and do the right thing when leaving the property regarding utilities being turned back over to the Southern Property Management. I was billed $160 for 4 months water bill $40 a month billed every other month. SPM never turned the water back over in their name. The owners son moved in the duplex and I guess he thought he was entitled to free water. Not only that the owner or SPM thought they would also get my deposit from my water.
