RecommendedBeen here a few months. Maintenance are "Johnny on the spot" with repairs, and always are nice and friendly. The girls in the office are very sweet, but on occasions didn't seem to have any info I needed. Still waiting on TV as promised, when we moved in as a move in special. I realize that with virus happening, alot has changed. But after several emails with no response, not looking real good. And life would be alot easier if they would set up being able to add money to laundry card online, instead of having to wait until y... read more
I live in a one bedroom here and I love it! The office keeps the property clean and pretty and the pool area is beautiful. Stacy and Hailie are the best.
management/ Hailie and Stacy are very welcoming. Could not ask for better! Haven't lived in an apartment in years so I didn't know what to expect. These two amazing lady's have been patient and accommodating. I have and will continue to recommend Southern Oaks Apartments!
Maintenance workers do not clean up after themselves when working in tenants apartments.
Only give a day notice if that since they put them out in the afternoon! paving different areas of complex everyday so watch out. Then tow your vechile if u don't move it $300+ later! And expect you to pay for it for y'alls lack of management and organization
Honestly, if a tenant calls and tell management that their vehicle has been broken into twice and all you tell them is "well, it can happen anywhere" that is extremely unprofessional. Have a little compassion and at least TRY to help. That was the rudest girl I have ever spoken to. Maybe stop planting so many plants around there and get some security cameras in the parking lot. Unbelievable.
