Southern Premier Roofing sent me a letter that explained I might have hail damage. I called them for an inspection, and Kent came out to assess the damage. We filed a claim together following his inspection, and I actually had enough damage to get my entire roof replaced as well as my gutters as well! Truly can't thank these guys enough. I would have had no idea. The entire process was super easy and Kent explained everything thoroughly. Definitely choose these guys if you need help with a roof replacement.

Received unsolicited form letter stating: "Hail hits on gutter, couldn't see from street." It also marks "Ventilation System" as having damage. There is no ventilation system damage. As in other reviews, another form letter states, "we are confident that we can get your insurance company to replace your roof." I received a letter from Southern Premier Roofing that I had hail damage. They came out to my house, did a thorough inspection, helped me file a claim through my insurance, and got my entire roof approved with only costing me my deductible. They were extremely communicative through out the entire process, and explained every step along the way. 5 star company without a doubt.

This company mailed me an offer to repair supposed roof and gutter damage from hail and assured me my insurance company would pay for it. I could find no evidence of hail damage to my house. This seems to be a company that engaged in fraud to get business.
Beware. I received a letter from this company stating I had hail and wind damage on my house from the storms on Feb 6th and May 31st. They were confident they could get the insurance company to replace my roof and I would only pay my deductible. My main concerns: 1) We did not have hail from either storm 2) The letter contained my name, but the next door neighbor's address 3) They claimed the neighbors houses had similar damage

Very good company to deal with especially Vann who is very accommodating and prompt to respond to my questions. Southern Premier Roofing finished the job in a timely manner and did their cleanup afterwards. I strongly recommend them because the are very hardworking and trustworthy.
