Zero customer service. Poor quality. Spa is leaking in four places despite paying for the upcharge for "waterproofing” Have a $9,000 estimate from another company to fix it!! Totally unresponsive, refuse to honor their warranty. Just a terrible experience. Reached out to Kim by phone and e mail and gave her many opportunities to do the right thing before writing this review and pursuing her legally but she wasn't interested. Warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on!! Avoid these people. Lawsuit being filed.

Horrible follow through by the owner of SPP. She gladly took all of my $30k+ for the pool renovation but can't seem to care about actually correcting all the problems their installers and equipment manufacturers have caused since. The pool/spa heater hasn't worked properly since installed August 2024. And now one of the brand new pool lights malfunctioned. SPP basically told me tough luck and to go F myself. I would avoid doing any business with this company.

I had an appointment today with Southern Pool Plasters, Inc. to discuss my pool. Brandon was sent to meet me. He was at my home for no more than 2 minutes during which time he repeatedly interrupted me and refused to let me speak more than 2 words. When I asked him to stop cutting me off so I could explain what I needed, he became very aggressive and angry, accused me of being upset and stormed off like a child having a temper tantrum. We had such a great experience with this company. The owner gave us so much time in theshow room. She was so patient. There were so many beautiful tile designs to choose from. We had a difficult time trying to narrow down which tile we wanted. The owner guided us through the process & even took the tiles we narrow down outside so we can see how the sunlight would reflect. Highly recommended as the best pool re-surfacing provider I have experienced throughout the years. We had our 30x15 resurfaced 100% and after two years the results are excellent. A few quarter size stains came up due to the material and Kim the owner had them repaired without hesitation. Branden the project manager directed the plan to empty the pool, acid wash the stains, filter the well water accordingly, and even placed an additional ornament at no cost.
