I worked with Nick at the new Crawfordville location yesterday. I had a list of what I needed, and I didn't understand what just exactly what I should order. Nick went above and beyond trying to find multiple options for me. In the end, I had the order delivered the next day. Thanks Nick.

We had an OK experience, picking out our bathroom fixtures, however, when our order arrived, the sink was the wrong color. Southern pipe and supply was not willing to replace with the correct sink. I am extremely disappointed that a company would not do right by their customer And correct an error that they made. I even have a photo of the model number of the correct sink written down by worker Michael, which was then ordered incorrectly. Use anyone else!!!
I can’t say enough good things about our incredible experience with Mr. Michael Hayes! He went far above and beyond to help us with our bathroom renovation. He’s incredibly detailed and he’s very patient! Thank you so very much Mr. Hayes for all your help!
