I went into the showroom and inside sales desk where I met Joey Parish at the desk. I had a broken mixer cartridge that failed identification by my hired plumber and I was left with no shower. Joey took charge by getting the cartridge identified and calling the mfg to customer service desk. Joey followed up getting the mfg to send me a new cartridge at no cost at all. Of course I was elated to have such a problem solved. Joey would not accept any gratuity but was happy helping a new customer. Joey saved the day.
