Charles and his manager from southern pines nissan got me in this beautiful new ride . They both also said that if I referred people that there was a $100 referral bonus . So i referred 2 fam members . The sales managers sales agents keep giving me the run around . The sales manager i spoke to at 9am said he would find out and call me back . Its now 3:30 pm And Nothing still !!!! So now i am giving them a 2 star review .

Wife’s Kia was quoted at 3 hours to change an alternator…..it took over 6 HOURS for her to leave. Took 100% longer then expected. Inexcusable. Why couldn’t you be up front with that so we could have planned around it? Only Come here if you have a whole day to waste.
