They were supposed to do my recall motor problem, but they couldn’t do that because that was recalled back so they did an oil change and tire rotation. I am had a program to go to so I went to that came back three hours later and to pick up my car. They could not find my car. I was a little annoyed and said I hope you didn’t sell it or give it away. Scheduled an appointment and was told it would take three hours (recall). We discussed your courtesy to bring me home. Instead I arranged a pick up and was dropped back off at 12:15. I called at 1 (the three hour time from my drop off) and was told it would be another hour and a half. Additionally I reached out via text to my customer service rep and never heard back. Suffice to say I am disappointed
