Awesome community and a great place to work out. Very welcoming, plus they have a kegerator.

Dropped in for the Barbell Class. Loved it! The coaches, Michelle and Jared, were very knowledgeable and gave me a few great ques to practice. And I PR'd my split jerk! I love our CrossFit community!!
Best CrossFit box ever! Great coaches, Awesome Athletes, and a first rate involvement in the community. CrossFit sucks, you shouldn't try it, but if you do, you should try it here.
This box is PHENOMENAL! The coaches are AMAZING! The box is owned by two smart and beautiful women and I am so glad that I joined!
