We kept having mechanical problems with my wives car. We decided it was time to get her a new (used) one to us . We looked online at the pictures, they were very responsive, they sent us paperwork and the car was delivered to our house in valdosta ga. The vehicle was in great shape and my wife is really happy. What a blessing to deal with honest people.
Salesman was not professional at all. I bought 2026 traverse and they cleaned with dirty rags. Took it back twice to have clean and same. They never call back and the salesman said he was upset because he got a bad survey. He told me he would give free gas for a good survey. I don't need free gas . I can buy my own gas. I just wanted the problem fixed. He hung up on me. I will contact corporate.
They serviced our new vehicle and within 3 weeks the oil low light illuminated. The vehicle was 3 qts low; drain plug & oil filter were tight and there were no signs of leaks...they literally didn't add the appropriate amount of oil. They also didn't reset the mileage computer to denote the oil change. Service well below what you expect from a certified Chevy maintenance facility. I wrote this post because the service manager won't return calls and is "busy".
The service manager was very helpful explaining what was needed and prioritizing the biggest issues to make a major service more affordable. I appreciate that they don't try to upsell unnecessary services and work with your budget. The shop staff was kind and friendly as always. Nothing but good things to say about these folks. This is the only place I get my truck serviced!
Vehicle maintenance can be a tedious and costly task, but Southern Pines GMC has consistently provided a positive and respectful experience. Their knowledgeable and accountable staff ensures that my vehicles are well-maintained and cared for. I will always trust this dealership for future repairs and vehicle purchases.
