Update Quick to fix things and tend to community issues. Thorough in assisting and updating. Update There are no ceiling lights or fans included in rooms. You have to install your own, or rent them for about 100 dollars each. Why not just install them for the residents? They are like 30 dollars. Bad decision on the upper levels of ownership. I am hoping this review saves someone else from making the mistake we did. I lived at this property for about a year and a half, and while I always respected the apartment, paid on time, followed the rules, and tried to be an easy resident, my overall experience was disappointing. The policies were inconsistent, especially with the pool. One year, children were allowed to use pool toys. This place is beautiful maintained. The clubhouse and gym and pool are fantastic. Lovely landscaping and strict pet policies are enforced. There are perfect outdoor areas with grills and seating with two ponds. The units are large and well thought out. I love having a full room for laundry with large machines. It also has a shower with a seat in it. Nice big walk in closet. The people who live here take pride in their spaces.
