All I can say is ... incredible. The staff they have assembled there is nothing short of amazing. I just completed 3+ months after a knee replacement. I couldn't ask for a better group to help me get back to a normal lifestyle. Sorry Amanda but I do have to give a shout out to everyone that helped take care of me and I do hope I don't miss anyone. I would like to give a big thanks to all the people At Southern physical therapy for all their help and kindness. Jayla and Jordan are my two heroes for helping me learn to manage my pains over the past weeks with my therapy. they have taught me how to stretch and exercise to minimize my pain and issues. Right off the bat Amber is super cool and informative. I was initially very worried going into physical therapy as I've never had any injuries like this. I was pleasantly surprised to see how awesome this place really was. Not only is it clean and well kept, but the true gem of this place is its people. They actually care, not just about your injury and recovery, but also about each individual patient and how they feel. Traxie treet was so good at showing me different things and slowed down when I needed to she is a great physical therapist
In the beginning of July I fell and broke my left leg and also my right ankle and had to be in the "boots" until I was more stable standing and moving around. The thought of therapy was not positive at that point however I knew I needed it and started the process. The beginning went slow of course and was not that pleasant but encouragement and direction truly helped. All of the therapists were knowledgeable and attentive and were respectful of all patients while still being able to be firm with the tasks needed. That is imp... read more
