Dr Ana Dosen is highly skilled and without her expert knowledge my daughter's condition would never have been diagnosed.
We had a great experience seeing Dr David Youssef and an on-site Nurse. They did a thorough examination of our son and really took the time to explain in plain terms everything we needed to know. There was a billing issue with Medicare, and the practice rectified it asap. Very much appreciated.
I’m writing to express my concerns about how a recent situation was handled by your office manager. Last month, I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter. I received a confirmation text, but on the day of the appointment, I called to inform the office that we were running late due to school hours. My son sees Dr. Ana Dosen at this practice for the last 10 years. She is very empathetic, knowledgeable and takes her time to explain things. She is up to date with her knowledge, treatments available and new studies. She goes above and beyond when it matters. My son ended up in hospital with severe skin issue. Ana came to the hospital in the morning, reviewed and accessed his treatment his plan. Advised to the doctor on the shift, that treatment was inadequate, and hospital did not have right equipment or diagnosis. Thanks ... read more
