I have been going to this doctors office for about 16 years. I have seen Dr.Dunn for my shoulder and was very satisfied with the outcome. He is a great doctor. Dr. Brooks is an awesome doctor and person. He has done both my knee replacements and my husband hip replacement. We both are very happy with our results. Dr. Brooks takes time to talk with you. Took 4 days to get a return call, and another week to get an appointment despite not being able to put pressure on either feet. Most of the employees acted with indifference - it was extremely odd and apathetic how they all silently watched me physically struggle to get in and out of the office. Dr. Nicholas Richardson, by his own admission, diagnosed me before he walked into the exam room. While he was nice, he interrupted me multiple times, dismissed the amount of pain I was in, and failed to physically examine my feet. Un... read more
