I really enjoy the time that each physical therapist takes with each patient. They show concern, they show compassion and they take the time to make sure everything they do with you are for your wellbeing.
It's been over a year since I had carpal/ cubical tunnel surgery and the numbness never went away. I have been seen several occasions by them and nothing have changed. When thru therapy and they could not explain why the numbness is still in my right hand. Every time I go to see the doctor's there they tell me the same thing (it's going to take time for the nerves to recover) and I have not seen any improvement. It's a battle every day for me to do daily activities. After over a year I'm still in pain daily.
Shout out to Dr. Randall, his staff, and the facility. After two years of shoulder pain, two other doctors who dismissed my pain, and 6 months of physical therapy. Dr. Randall took what I said seriously, he ordered imaging to confirm my complaints, and came up with a game plan to help me. Along with his knowledge and great facilities I had a successful diagnosis which led to a shoulder surgery. It was out patient surgery.
