I tried to get help from them when I was having thoughts of suicide. All I got was a lot of run around, and left with a bill that Community Care promised me would be taken care of. Last time I called, I told the Community Care receptionist that I was having suicidal thoughts. That's when she started threatening to hang up on me.

Want to give thanks to Stephanie in community care she has been so helpful every time I have called or came in, she even took the time to walked me back to the front of the va where I parked. Need more caring employees like her

No one will return my phone calls, no one will help me. Just got out of a major sinus surgery and the VA is refusing to cover medications I need after surgery. Spent the little I had on the pain meds but had to forgo the rest. The VA kills vets.
