I was nervous about needing to find a new pediatrician for my kiddo. So happy I found Southern Oregon Pediatrics! Dr. Ng was so kind and friendly. Unlike our last pediatrician, she didn’t act like I was keeping her from something more important, and she seemed genuinely interested in wanting to get to know myself and my child. Extremely unprofessional front office staff!!! Tried to see if they are taking new ohp clients yet, they said no. So I then ask what insurances they are accepting, they then tell me all other private pay insurances. I then ask if they are taking clients without insurance and can pay out of pocket for services and the lady said she'd have to put me on hold and check with her manager. My experience in Southern Oregon Pediatric is very bad.The people in the front office are very friendly and the Doctors we only know Dr Newman and he left.last year we got a new Doctor Elisha Farnwoth. She is okay the only problem making the mistake to order a diet and she is only a 15 years old girl and she trusts her Doctor. Since last year in September everything got more complicated and we are living in hell because my daughter is having Eating Disorders and even we try to talk to her so she can fix the problem. they didn’t even touch my child, “assessed” my daughter from the door, because they were scared she had covid. we decided to make someone else a PCP and because of that they refuse to see my daughter now that she is sick. what type of people turns away a sick child?????
