The cashier straight lied saying a coat could be returned if it was the wrong size. Took it in next day and they said no. The Grants Pass location uses deciet to make their profit off the poor.
Goodwill is about the money, not the people. Someone should really make them live up to their so called motto.
Its an honor to serve people and be apart of something greater.
