The mask policy needs to go. I have both donated and purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise, at various locations for years. I refuse to contribute another cent while the very discriminatory mask policy is in effect. It is not based in science, nor is it effective. It is unhealthy, both physically and mentally.

SO.Goodwill is a wonderful place to shop, and a great place to work. I do hope things go back to normal after the coronavirus event. I finally found a great job, and its forced to close down indefinitely.

I understand the reason behind seasonal stuff not being returnable.... but when selling something that simply DOES NOT WORK and then refusing a refund/store credit...that's just bull. I've been shopping at the goodwill for as long as I can remember..heck I even made a donation at the time of purchase, I almost always do. But you've just lost a customer. $$$ down the drain.
I moved to Oregon from California for a family emergency with next to nothing. I found the Medford Goodwill and have since filled my kitchen with really nice dishes, cookware, small appliances... we are well stocked and cooking in the kitchen thanks to Goodwill. The prices are unbeatable, the store is super clean and organized and customer service is always friendly. I'm forever grateful for the hand up and excited for my next purchases!
Off the charts on prices, especially since the millions of items are donated. Did it ever occur to this “Goodwill” (in name only) that people shop there because the lack of extra dollars? Because their prices don’t reflect it. Shameful greed in my humble opinion.
