Went to Ashland Good and Will boutique. We were so disappointed, overpriced, small and not a very good selection. Although the woman was great, friendly and helpful. We will never go back. The puzzlingly thing is that Goodwill advertisers say that it is jam packed with name brand items. No, it’s not, a select few. So now the other stores in the area have no brands that teenagers like. And the clothes are very worn, jeans look like they should be thrown away
when they will back a known druggie over an a gw employee.
By not being rude and not selling items at outrageous prices. Maybe by getting back to what they used to be before becoming more like a chain store.
The prices are more than buying new on somethings. Its insane. I where is all the money going??????
Many people hired by Goodwill have poor manners and no social skills. If after having donated hundreds of dollars in quality goods and clothing one of their employees gets smart with me, there is going to be a very big, big scene. I'm also real tired of this big for-profit organization with highly paid executives being so picky over acceptable items. It’s frustrating trying to help someone and they’re picky about what they want to take.
I worked for these people for almost 2 years. I watched this company become more and more greedy. I thought I was working for a charity but instead of being focused on helping the clients it was all about profit. Shop somewhere else!!!!! I hate corporate greed!
