I don’t know why but 3out of 6 calls I make just to schedule a need appointment, they don’t answer. I’m put on hold until I’ve had enough of that & leave a message. Again, I’m waiting for a callback & I’m not sure what or when it’ll happen. I know that I can be anxious at time. It’s just that I’m experiencing serious issues and I need help. To wrap things up, I’m going to stick with Legacy Health & pray they can improve with the phone system.
He doesn't have any empathy for his patients.. maybe only for me. I don't know.
He is a good primary care doctor. He explains everything and he knows what he is doing
Dr. Chu of SOCPA is a very dedicated Pediatrician. He spends the time to hear you and your child out to get a whole picture of what is happening. He genuinely cares about the children. He will follow up with you when the need to do so arises and has even called to follow up after hours. He will consult with other specialists when the need arises to ensure all options are considered. I have never met a more genuinely caring doctor in my life.
