Attempted to schedule a 15-minute meet and greet with Dr Yson for our upcoming baby but after waiting 20 minutes in the exam room without her showing, we finally just left. There wasn’t even anyone at the front desk to inform why we were leaving. Doesn’t bode well for the high frequency of appointments expected in the first year of a child’s life.
I do not recommend this office due to their scheduling mistakes and inability to rectify them. After the first incorrect appointment, we came back for a second time with my 2-year-old daughter. We waited, only to be told that they had made another mistake—the doctor was actually at a different office. I was advised to either reschedule for a third visit or wait an additional 1 hour to possibly see another doctor (that’s after already waiting for 30 min). This is absolutely unacceptable. My two daughters have been seeing Dr. Lo since birth. He is the best doctor ever! So caring and knowledgeable. I recommend him all the time.
