I love Southern Om! I am a gym rat and love to get my heart rate up and try all different things my body can do. Hot yoga at Southern Om has become my quiet in the noise of life. It is one of my best self care things I do. Such a destressor! I look forward to popping into one of the community classes (which is such an awesome option for someone like me) all week!

First week at Southern Om has been great! I have not really done an offical yoga class, esp adding heat, but they have been really nice at Southern Om (both locations). I kinda just blended right in. Their instructors have been great so far! -- they help with your pose in a subtle way, walking around the room while teaching (verbal instructions) in a calm, effective tone with encouragement to push yourself or modify to what is comfortable for you...great emphasis on what is comfortable for YOU! I have been going here off and on for around 5 years now. Great instructors, great class schedule. Everyone is warm and inviting. I highly recommend.
