Southern Om is clean. have really enjoyed having a place to practice and a time (6am) that I can get the practice into my schedule. Don is an exceptional teacher and his class is my favorite. This class is good for all levels. Be ready to sweat.

I am a newbie here, signed up on Turkey Day for the initial trial. I love it. All the instructors I have taken class with (JD, Anna, Jackie and Hope) are awesome! I highly recommend Southern Om!
