Excellent care for my granddaughter!!
Won’t be back, we waited in the room an hour after our appointment before the doctor ever even came in, once he was there he didn’t talk to us but to ask the questions he needed to ask and then immediately left to go get her shots. He seemed like he didn’t care at all. My two month old got 4 shots and he didn’t care to try and soothe her at all. However the intern was very nice, me and my husband both appreciated that.
The lady at the front desk was beyond rude! She was to busy staring at what I wear to check my daughter in and she never even looked at the schedule or anything to see if my daughter appointment was then. She just told me no and then I called and she told me that she doesn’t go there and she has already told me once and that I better not call back. They have lost all the service for my family witch is a bunch of kids over her attitude and refusing service because I was wearing a dress and heels from leaving my grandpas funer... read more
Front desk woman wasn’t friendly I called to make an appointment for my baby and she sighed and acted like she didn’t want to make it. They have openings so I don’t understand why she even asked if my child was even sick before telling me when a slot was open. She must lose a lot of clientele for the actual doctors who work there. I hung up after her 4th sigh and not answering my question.
