I've been treated by multiple departments & doctors with SOMC. They are always friendly & professional. Patient comfort is clearly a priority for SOMC.
Just want to say a big huge Thank you to the nurses, doctors, surgeon, all employees at SOMC! You all have been magnificent and treated me great! To the set down talks explaining everything to me or for the nurses that took time out of their busy schedule to set with me explaining in detail how I was going to be ok and surgery would be ok when I was all alone crying and worrying at night. I didn’t have one bad experience in my stay, for that I’m thankful! 😍😌
Was there all night boyfriend had severe hives and swollen tongue was told they would draw labs they didn’t kept us waiting for ever, staff was very busy but when I went looking for a nurse they were all eating and chatting except a few 😡Was told they were looking for the right meds to give him😐was told by Tia NP she would be right back, never came back we waited 4 hrs to get meds for him very unhappy with the service last night
