We had a really good ED visit this evening. They got us registered and back for triage in less than 15 minutes!! Our total visit lasted about an hour then we were on our way.
The staff in Maturity were so wonderful as my daughter had her baby
We sat in waiting area for 4 hours before getting called in room and just as long in the exam room, my son was in a lot of pain and had to wait that long
Much nicer than years ago! My nurses and doctors and all the staff were very attentive and so good to me!!
They're great for doctors and testing. I'm not impressed with the ER so much.
We had good experience there excellent care my wife had a hip replacement Friday everyone was great to work with We can’t say enough about Dr Bentley he did a great job. He was a lot help before an after surgery came in talk to us kept us updated what to expect answerd any question we had for him Dr Bentley is the best
it is the most understaffed. uneducated place I'd ever seen. no I won't recommend it. it is the most uncaring hospital i ever seen.
I’m seriously embarrassed and ashamed of SOMC, twice in the pass week I have been ask to leave due to having my daughter with me. The first time was Tuesday my friend was having surgery and I was the only person with her, I was ask to leave because it’s flu season and she was under 12. The second was today when I was going for a drug test for school, I was ask to leave and wasn’t given an exact reason why.
