maternity is a joke. their answer to everything is ice water 😂
This place is the worst and I’m calling today so I hope tonya the nurse is ready to lose her job 😉
I went to urgent care with shortness of breath and a few other minor symptoms at the time. I saw Sarica Lillie and I told her my symptoms. She told me I might be having anxiety or I might be getting sick (not anxiety and obviously I was sick-I could have paid anyone to tell me I was getting sick). She did not do any tests and I saw her maybe 5 minutes! She told me to go get cough syrup from Wal-Mart. I left very frustrated! I woke up the next morning very sick with a fever and body aches. I went to my family doctor and was d... read more
I don't recommend SOMC to any of my family or friends. Kings Daughters is where me and my children have went for years now. Unfortunately Kings Daughters does not have a Maternity wing making it difficult in avoiding SOMC altogether.
Woman at the Occ Health check in desk was rude. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else. You are here to help patients...you can continue your personal conversation afterwards. I guess they no longer "Strive for 5"?
Dermatologist Dr. Azfar is excellent. Very polite and friendly. Also, cares about getting your skin issues resolved. Very pleased and definitely recommend her for anyone that is looking for a dermatologist!
Aetna provides very poor customer care service. They will only argue pointlessly inorder to dismiss the claim. Their English seems to be very poor. You will get frustrated talking to the customer care representative. Instead of helping the customer they only ask for unnecessary documents from you. You will have to spend countless hours over phone to reach them. The employees (including me) of Southern Ohio Medical Centre have endured many such problems while dealing with them regarding their policies. If you have also tolera... read more
I don’t recommend anything about SOMC! Worst 4 1/2 hour experience I have ever had with my daughter. She’s vomiting with severe migraine from a spinal tap but they can’t help us.
At 2:30 my infant & family arrived at the ER, she had a temp of 103, they knew this. They then waited just under an hour to give her double doses of Tylenol & set us in the waiting room. At 4:50 her fever had gone up. At 5:04 we got a room, finally. At 5:57 they decided that we should probably go to children’s and at 7:40 we got in the ambulance to take her to children’s. Apparently her 103.5 fever wasn’t deemed critical until it hit 105 when they start convulsing. Sorry excuse for a hospital.
