If your third floor orthopedic floor manager would be a little nicer to her patients and family members you might get a better reputation. Her name is Melissa. She’s rude and insulting. My wife came immediately home and told me about it. I’m a nurse and if I was as insulting as what my wife said she was?? I wouldn’t have a job. Pretty sure she’s lucky to have her teeth.
I stayed 4 nights after having my appendix removed. The RN’s were most caring and professional. I don’t think I could have made it through without them.

I have to say that the awesome orthopedic doc, nurses, and physical/occupational therapists at Southern Ohio Medical Center Rehabilitation Department are my heroes. Their personalized approach, impeccable bedside manners, determination to get me on the road to walk on ‘2’ legs again has given me such a boost of happiness and motivation. Their response and confidence in me has lifted me up, and I’m determined to use the cautious and methodical techniques they’ve taught me toward a speedy recover. Their billing department is absolutely horrid. One person will tell you that your account is in order and then you will get a past due bill. Even the third-party billing department cringes when you mention SOMC because they have to deal with the results of the utter incompetence that happens in the SOMC billing department.
My experience went well today they were prompt.
