If your third floor orthopedic floor manager would be a little nicer to her patients and family members you might get a better reputation. Her name is Melissa. She’s rude and insulting. My wife came immediately home and told me about it. I’m a nurse and if I was as insulting as what my wife said she was?? I wouldn’t have a job. Pretty sure she’s lucky to have her teeth.

Their personalized approach, impeccable bedside manners, determination to get me on the road to walk on ‘2’ legs again has given me such a boost of happiness and motivation. Their response and confidence in me has lifted me up, and I’m determined to use the cautious and methodical techniques they’ve taught me toward a speedy recover.
