Brent trying to o get an appointment to get my health card renewed for four months and there's never a time I can make. I take care of both my parentsand work full time so don't have that much availability, would be nice if it could be done online or walk in like the old water street location. Last time I got my card those were the options not this reservation system that doesn't seem to ever have availability when I can get there. Overall a bad system for people who can't drop everything or have infinite availability
