Very unprofessional. I scheduled my appointment a week and a half in advance and even put in a request to leave work early to make it. After a 40-minute drive through EDC traffic, I was literally 5 minutes away and still was going to arrive 10 minutes earlier than scheduled time. Then, 10 minutes before my appointment time, they called and canceled on me. No consideration for my time, gas, work-life balance, or customer service at all. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
No one is answering the phone.
Im not a patient yet, but I will no longer make an appointment with theme. They never answer their calls or get back to patients. No wonder they have 3.3 reviews. Horrible service to start with it.
