It’s awful trying to make an appointment, several calls and when they answer they hung up and never answer again, I can be for more than an a hour calling in operation hours and they just don’t care. Awful service, very disrespectful with other people’s time. Very disappointing customer service !
I want to schedule an appointment because my doctor referred me to them. I've been calling them for over a week, leaving voicemails and responding to their automated texts, and I haven't received a response. Terrible service.
I hate going to this place. You can sign in and the front desk clerk won't even acknowledge your presence. You'll never be seen on time. I had an 11 am appointment. I got seen at 12:26. My ride,that I pay for,left me because I wasn't ready when they showed up. Twice my appointments have been canceled and rescheduled, but they don't notify me. I had my appointment set for over a month here. The wait time posted is over an hour, I was there an hour and half before I asked how much longer and was told 30-40 more minutes. On top of that they did allow someone cut to the front who didn’t have an appointment and was a walk in. There was no communication over the phone when I had set the appointment about wait times, that would have been the ethical thing to do so I can properly schedule my day.
