All around the board this insurance sucks.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I signed up for paperless billing and then they failed to notify me that the address was incorrect on my automated credit card payment, then charged me an $18 late fee, and a $30 reversal fee, and NEVER NOTIFIED ME! Not 1 email, or even in my spam email. Good thing I had bothered to login to my account and check if things were good otherwise they would've just kept charging me more and more fees without notifying me! This insurance company was 100% at fault with an accident and wasn’t to go back and forth with me on payment from an auto shop estimate and payment . I guess they will be paying out more on damages and my loss wages through an attorney. Hope they have their wallets ready . All this could have been avoided. The car is in my name paid for and they want to take me though these baby steps
