My son recently purchased a used car their that had what sounded like road noise caused by the tires. About 2 months later we find out it's the rear wheel bearings. Any real mechanic would have found the problem before selling it to someone.

I told him that I had a horrible experience at Grainger. He reassured me that he would take care of me. He sure delivered that promise. I have been trying to contact a manager about my recent experience at the Southern Motors Owned Dealership in Springfield Ga for three days with no response. My husband and I have been using this dealership for 5 years, we have bought two cars from the same salesman...who is great. However the service department here is Sub par.
